Oakland Springs is set up in a way that fosters that sense of community we’ve been looking for. We probably know more of our neighbors here than we have in any other community we’ve lived in.

I feel like we’re getting back to our roots. With the exception of a horse and carriage. Oakland Springs brings back that sense of community.

We fell in love with the community…
We just fell in love with the community and the people here. Honestly, it IS like a little village – everyone knowns one another here.

We have already made so many memories…
We have enjoyed getting to know neighbors as they walk by and have already made so many memories.

We love being here…
We love being in our own yard, with new neighbors and friends living right here around us. We also love getting on our bikes as a family and exploring the neighborhood, or putting our youngest in a stroller and walking to have dinner.

We call everyone here a neighbor- from the people who live right next door to those who live a street away. Everyone is friendly and welcoming.

There’s something really special…
There’s something really special about Village at Oakland Springs because when you drive into the neighborhood, it’s almost a time warp, and everything slows down. You see kids playing outside, people biking or walking… it just takes you to another place when you’re there.

This is such a beautiful community. I love the quaintness of the homes, fences, and community spaces. Such a refreshing, different neighborhood than most of what is being built!
